However, we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience. Moreover, creating an account would allow you to earn points on our Rewards Program and exchange them for discount codes!

The login email is the same as the one used when checking out with the subscription product. To set the password, an email is sent out once the purchase is made, this will include a link to create the account.
Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
Once logged in, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.
In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if something has changed for the card holder's place of residence or the email address on file.
In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Click the Subscriptions tab, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a Cancel button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product.
All order updates, including confirmation and shipping emails, will be sent to your email address used to place to the order. In order to view the status of your order on our website, you must be logged into an account when placing your order.
Confirmation emails are typically sent to you after an order is placed. However, your confirmation email may experience a delay if the order was placed during a period of high order volume. If you have not received your confirmation within 48 hours after your order is placed, please contact us directly so that we may assist you further.
Yes! Please contact us directly with your name, order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address.
For domestic and international shippings, shipping cost will be calculated at the check out page. Please note that all international orders may be subjected to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your Slim Cuisine order and/or shipping total. Slim Cuisine is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
We recommend buying in large quantities to make it cost effective for you. This would allow you to fully maximise the delivery charge since the weight of our food products are dense.
Yes, please contact us directly with your order number and the updated address immediately, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume.
Orders will usually be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Thereafter, the delivery duration for your parcel(s) would depend on your location. You may check the status of your order via the tracking link emailed to you.

Alternatively, kindly check your letterbox or riser for your parcels. There might be a possibility that your parcels were sent to the nearest Post Office as it could not fit into your letterbox. In this case, a collection slip would have been left at your address.
