A quick and easy recipe using Slim Cuisine's Low-Calorie Carrot Capellini with only 9 calories per serving; that is 95% lower in calories than normal capellini!
- 100g Slim Cuisine Low-Calorie Carrot Capellini
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 clove garlic minced
- 28g diced prosciutto
- 1 egg
- Brown prosciutto in a pan for 5 minutes until golden. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
- Whisk egg with 1/4 cup of water, cheese, salt and pepper. Add into the pan and stir until cooked.
- Drain liquid from Low-Calorie Carrot Capellini, add pasta into the pan and mix. Serve with chopped parsley as garnish.
