Slim Cuisine Low Calorie Carrot Capellini Carbonara

A quick and easy recipe using Slim Cuisine's Low-Calorie Carrot Capellini with only 9 calories per serving; that is 95% lower in calories than normal capellini!

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 100g Slim Cuisine Low-Calorie Carrot Capellini 
  2. 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  3. 1/8 tsp of salt and pepper
  4. 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  5. 1/4 clove garlic minced
  6. 28g diced prosciutto
  7. 1 egg 


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brown prosciutto in a pan for 5 minutes until golden. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
  2.  Whisk egg with 1/4 cup of water, cheese, salt and pepper. Add into the pan and stir until cooked.
  3. Drain liquid from Low-Calorie Carrot Capellini, add pasta into the pan and mix. Serve with chopped parsley as garnish.
